SSAFA, The Armed Forces Charity

The support shown last night was fantastic - there was over £500 in the envelopes which, with Gift Aid and your generous original pledge of £500 from the ESBC, will take the figure raised for SSAFA to well over £1,000. That is quite excellent; a huge thanks to all those present for their generosity. Its particularly important at a time when we are finding fundraising more difficult; these £s help enormously.
